Makes 5-6 full sized flour tortillas
Makes about 10 corn tortillas
What you'll need:
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
2 C Cooked chicken (shredded)
1 Can enchilada sauce
1 C sour cream
6 flour tortillas (or 10 corn tortillas)
2 1/2 C grated cheese
1/2 C chopped onion (optional)
What you'll do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large medium bowl mix soup, chilies, sour cream, chicken, onion and half of the cheese. Set aside.
Spoon mixture into the tortillas and roll up. Place in pan and pour enchilada sauce over rolls. Spread remaining mixture on top. Cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. ENJOY!!
