Marinated Chicken Shish Kabobs
Marinating time: 2-24 hours | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Grilling Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4
What You'll Need:
1 fresh pineapple (cut into cubes)
2 chicken breasts (raw and cut into cubes)
1 bottle Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade (click here to see what it looks like)
1 green pepper (chopped into cubes)
1 red/orange pepper (chopped into cubes)
1 yellow pepper (chopped into cubes)
wooden skewers (soaked in water for about 15-20 minutes)
What You'll Do:
Pour the marinade into a medium-large dish that has a lid. Put the raw cubed chicken into the marinade. Let it marinade for as long as your heart desires. The longer the better. The most recent time we did this we let it marinade for about 18 hours even though the bottle says it will marinade in 30 minutes.
After the chicken has been marinating for your desired time, heat up the grill and make sure the wooden skewers have been soaking in water for about 15 minutes. Put the ingredients onto the skewers. Grill it up until the chicken in thoroughly cooked. Remove from the grill. Serve with rice, garden salad, or pasta salad. ENJOY!
