More like a 3-day date... anyway
We have officially been married ONE YEAR!! It was one year on March 10. How exciting. I seriously don't know how I found the best person ever and how he decided to choose me and keep me! But I am one lucky girl. that's for sure. For our anniversary we went to Brian Head Resort and went snowboarding for two days and stayed in a lodge up at the resort. It was a blast.
So funny... So we go to a Hispanic restaurant while we are up there and we want some churros. But it looks like more than one churro comes in an order, but it doesn't say. So, we ask the hispanic waiter as he comes by, "How many churros come in an order?' He says, "You want one order?" I ask again, "Well how many churros come in an order?" He says with a questioning eyebrow, "One..?." So Tim says, "Okay well if only one comes in an order, we will take three churros." The waiter says "THREE?" We say yes. Thinking that we will each have one churro then we will split the third. NOT THE CASE.... He comes out with three orders of churros. Each order has SIX mini churros. Yeah...we had 18 churros and yes ate them all hahaha! They were delicious with cream cheese! Anyway I thought it was quite funny. (Tim got a little burned that first day lol..)
