Week 35 :: Meal Time -- Fajitas

Chicken and Steak Fajitas

What you'll need: (for 2-3 servings)
2 peppers ( or 3 peppers all halved)
2 large chicken breasts ( or large steaks)
1/2 onion (cut into strips)
1 package fajita seasoning mix
vegetable oil (usually about 2 Tbsp. but it could vary depending on the kind of mix you get.)
4-6 tortillas
salsa
sour cream
corn (as a side)

What you'll do: 
Cook the chicken (or steak) thoroughly. Add peppers and onions and mix according to directions on fajita seasoning mixture. Spoon into tortillas. Top with salsa and sour cream. Serve with corn and/or black beans. Enjoy!!  





My hubby is the BEST! I love that he helps with dinner!
