Week 29 :: Meal Time -- Crepes

THE SECRET IS OUT... the best ever recipe. Thank you mom!

Delicious Crepes
Makes 6-8 crepes

What you'll need:
1 C. Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Water
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Butter (Melted)

suggested filling and toppings:
strawberries, bananas (or any other fruit), powdered sugar,  whipped cream, jam, ice cream
(for ones that are not dessert crepes you can even put ham and cheese, peppers etc. or anything else you could put in an omelet, but it just goes in a delicious crepe instead!)

What you'll do:
Mix all ingredients together using an electric mixer. Lightly oil a frying pan. Heat pan to medium heat. Use about 1/4 Cup of the batter for each crepe. Pour the mixture into the warm pan. Pick up pan and rotate the pan to cover the bottom of the pan with the batter. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Fill each crepe with fruit or other filling (suggestions above). Roll up the crepe and treat yourself to a nice sugar coma! Serve with hash browns and eggs. ENJOY!
