Week 25 :: Meal Time -- Breakfast Sandwiches

Meal Time:

Breakfast Sandwiches
English Muffins or Plain Bagels
Bacon, Sausage or Ham
Eggs (1 Per Sandwich)
Sliced Cheese

Begin cooking the meat of your choice in a frying pan until well browned. Fry eggs. While eggs are cooking put the two halves of the muffins in a toaster oven or toaster. When all is cooked or toasted, layer the cheese on the bottom of the warm muffin and then place the hot egg on top so the cheese will begin to melt. Top with the meat and top of the muffin. Super easy!! Serve with hash browns and a smoothie! Enjoy!
