Week 21 :: Meal Time -- Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Meal Time: 

Pulled Chicken BBQ Sandwiches (SO EASY!)

2-4 Chicken Breasts
2-3 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
4 buns with sesame seeds
BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray's is delicious!)

Prep Time: 8 Hours
Total Time: 8 hours 10 minutes

Place chicken breasts in crock pot the morning of the meal. Add 1/2 Cup water, 2-3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Slow cook on low for about 8 hours. Remove from crock pot and shred the chicken with two forks.  (Or you can cook it earlier in the week, freeze it, and heat it back up. Easy and it is still delicious this way.) Add BBQ sauce to the chicken and lather it well! Stir until evenly coated. Place meat on buns and that's it! Serve with a side of chips, potato salad, green salad, pasta salad or french fries. ENJOY!
