Week 15 :: Meal Time -- Mom's Butterscotch Pull Aparts

Meal Time:

 Mom's Butterscotch Pull Aparts Recipe:

Prep time: 10 minutes
Rising time: 6-8 hours
Bake time: 25-30 minutes

Total time: 8 hours 40 minutes
Servings: About 6

Recipe:
1  36 oz. package Rhodes Rolls (Frozen. Use 18-20 rolls)
3 Tbsp. Pecans
1 3.5 oz package regular butterscotch pudding (NOT the instant stuff)
8 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
3/4 C. Brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Grease bundt pan. Place pecans in pan. Put rolls (frozen) into pan. Sprinkle dry pudding over the rolls. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to butter. Stir Mixture. Pour mixture over rolls. Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray. Place plastic wrap on pan lightly. Let rolls rise 6-8 hours. (I do mine late at night and then put them in the oven when I wake up.)

Preheat oven to 350.
Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool and Enjoy!

*Note: It is easiest to remove the rolls from the pan if you put a plate or pan on top of the bundt pan and then and then tip it upside down.

We only eat these 2 times a year, for good reason. They will most likely put you into a sugar coma haha. Especially if it's only 2 of you eating them up! But they sure are delicious!
