Asian Chicken Wraps
A quick, filling wrap with only 300 calories and 30 grams of protein!

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
12.5 ounces canned chicken, drained (or 1 large grilled breast)
½ cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (3/4 tsp ground ginger)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chili paste
3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
2 teaspoons honey
4 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for the tortillas, in a large bowl.
- Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture, wrap up, and enjoy!
- Serve with Sweet Chili Dipping sauce (recipe below)
Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar (only use 2/3 of this and then add the rest if needed)
2/3 cup water, divided
1/4 cup soy sauce (only use half of this)
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon chili paste
Directions
Whisk the cornstarch into a little bit of water. Pour the sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, ketchup, chili paste and cornstarch mixture in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Stir continuously until the mixture has thickened.
