1 1/2 Tbsp Yeast,
1 1/4 C Warm Water
2 1/4 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Suggested Toppings:
1-2 C Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 C Tomatoes (diced)
2 Handfuls of spinach
1 1/2 - 2 C Chicken (grilled and cubed)
3 Tbsp. Bacon (cooked and cut into bits)
3-5 Tbsp. Peppers (washed and diced)
More cheese :]
Suggested sauce:
Bertolli's Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
What You'll Do:
Put yeast, water and sugar in a bowl and wait until it "poofs." Then add salt and flour. Knead until soft. Let rise (about an hour or if you are really hungry 40 minutes will do.)
Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out dough and add 1 jar of alfredo sauce spread around crust. Add the toppings (we added mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, spinach and more mozzarella cheese.) Bake at 450 degrees until crust is golden brown. (You can also put olive oil on the crust.) Baking time is about 16-18 minutes.
