Weekly Wonders: Week 7 -- Project -- Contain your Lids

Project:

The lids to all of my "tupperware" dishes were strewn all about my cupboards so I decided that needed to be fixed. Using thin cardboard boxes I cut them and taped them so they would be able to hold my lids and be used for easy access and the best part is that they were from boxes we already had!

They are cut at a slant for easy access with a little lip at the bottom edge to hold the lids in place.

I am kind of ghetto/ I don't really care, so mine are just the original boxes from the products but you could paint them or cover them with paper if you wanted them to be cuter.

New News!!

This week has been lots of fun but I did miss my hubby because I was up in Salt Lake Wednesday-Saturday this past week. But before I left Tim and I made Super icy margaritas and hung out it was fun. Then my cousin Karlee got married up in Logan, Utah on Thursday August 2 and they are so cute and she looked beautiful! I love weddings and the visible love and happiness that is seen at them. Their reception was a beautiful outside reception! Their colors were red, brown and tan and they were gorgeous! I don't think I've seen that before and I really liked it. Then on Friday we had a girls party with my sisters, mom and grandma. It was SUCH a blast!!! I love my family. They are so great. On Friday we took pictures and then went bowling and then got pedicures. It was so much fun. Then we went back to my mom's and had dinner and played games like Dominos and Word on the Street. (I didn't take any pictures because I'm pretty sure my family is obsessed with taking pictures and there were already 4 cameras going so I'll just get some from them...maybe...if they ever really send me some haha.) Then we just talked and talked and talked and talked and talked yeah until 4:30 in THE MORNING! We are crazies. But it was fun to get some girl talk in. Then we had breakfast together and hung out played Scrabble and Rook with my Grandma, mom and brother and then my sister Melinda did my hair. I hadn't ever even colored my hair. I had gotten highlights one time before my engagement pictures but other than that I haven't really done anything with my hair. So I got brave and put red in my hair! And Tim's final for his Gen Chem 2 class is tomorrow!! Good luck babe! He is doing really well in that class and puts a lot of hard work and time into his schooling. I love him!
