Meal Time:
Shredded Beef Tacos
What you'll need:
Corn tortillas
roast beef (shredded)
cheese
pico de gallo
green onions
sour cream
guacamole
salsa
lettuce
What you'll do:
Place roast in crock pot with 1/2 cup of water and your choice of seasoning or rub. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove roast from crock pot and shred with two forks. Heat tortillas on a griddle.
Put cheese on tortillas along with meat and all other toppings. Enjoy!
